Jasmin B asked:

I have supressed fears about the bedroom due to regression, things in the past, etc. No need to go into detail. I don’t even know if I can be hypnotised. Any suggestions/ideas that may help, I would be greatly thankful. I feel horrible at the moment for not being able to perform in the bedroom. Will hypnosis help? How do I find out if I can be hypnotised?

Hypnosis probably won’t help, unless done by a therapist to find out exactly what’s causing the problem. It can’t change what you are, it can only bring our what you’re keeping inside.

If the time is right, and the guy is right, it’ll probably be easier for you.

A licensed hypnotherapist can do a lot of things for you, make sure you go to one who knows what they are doing e.g. 5-PATH method, and not one of the many who are just faking it.

There is a very good chance you can be hypnotized, it is easier to hypnotize smarter people, and the amount of people who cannot be hypnotized is very, very small.

The hypnotherapist works with your subconscious mind and can do a lot of things e.g. make you more self confident, make you forget a past experience, make you remember something which never happened etc.

In your case it is better to work on your bad experience in the past and help you resolve it in a gentle and understanding manner.

This is because if your hypnotherapist makes you forget your bad experience, you will still have the same negative emotions resulting from your bad experience, just not be able to remember why you have those negative feelings.

I posted a general link about hypnotherapy below and a more specific one about 5-PATH in case you were not familiar with it. You might not be able to get Cal Banyan to work with you directly, however he licenses many hypnotherapists and there might be one in your area.

  3. Hello

    Yes it would help.

If you find the right hypnotherapist who deals with the release of unwanted subconscious material as well as certain other techniques & you will be fine.

Everyone can be hypnotised – it is a natural state.

Hypnosis will help !!!! Please remember that 1. you control the trance. 2. you do not have to give any information that you feel uncomfortable about. Make this plain at the beginning.
    3. You have been in trance several times to day. You induced it you controlled it and you ended it.
In the bed room you need to relax and remember that you are there to enjoy it and each time you enjoy it it will be more profound than the time before, more intense and leave you wanting to participate to a greater extent.
take the lead and see what happens you may well find out that the sensation goes off the scale. You can always do a new scale.
