2 Free Christian Dating Websites

I have been on two free Christian dating websites for at least a couple of years now. When I first heard about these free sites, I was glad to know that I could still make friends or meet my mate without paying a dime. In today’s economy, everyone is
looking for ways to save money and these sites are a great way to do that. They are called “Equally Matched” and “Christian Dating For Free.” With “Equally Matched” I receive an email stating that someone has sent me a message. I like this very much because not all dating websites have this feature. The profile tells you pertinent information about a person such as age, location, marital status, religion or denomination, interests, income and more. The profile also contains a paragraph that describes the person and what they are looking for in a relationship. I like this site a lot. I receive plenty of emails. I have encountered one problem here though. Since it is free, anyone can just sign up and make up a profile and add someone else’s picture. That has happened to me a number of times. I’ve had men write to me and they would post a picture of a famous actor. I’ve also had the same people writing to me at different times with different names and the same photo. Although this can and has happened even on some paid dating sites that I’m on, it’s more likely to happen on a free site. Most people wouldn’t want to waste their money and risk getting kicked off the site. Anyhow, you can easily report these people and their profile will be removed permanently.I do not receive as much mail on “Christian Dating For Free” but I am still on it because I never know if or when I will find Mr. Right here. The profiles on this site don’t give as much detail as the other one, but it’s enough information for you to know whether you want to write back or correspond with someone or not. The important facts are listed such as age, location, denomination or religion and marital status. I do not get an email notification when someone has sent me a message, so I just have to check the site often to see if I have any mail.

Debt Consolidation is Just a Term Used to Calculate All Your Debts

Debt consolidation is just a term used to calculate all your debts and pay them off by means of a loan and then only have one debt in the place of many. There are various banks and loaning institutions that are willing to help you get out of debt by giving you a loan on condition that you have a job and have been working at your place of employment for a certain length of time. You also have to earn a certain amount which is decided by
the lender. Many lenders will want you to have collateral to secure the loan as owing to the fact that you are in debt you are a risk to them.If you are in this position and wish to rid yourself of debt you can find out from the bank you use if they are prepared to give you a personal loan. They might be more prepared to help you than other banks as they do know you. Personal loans can be used for any purpose so you do not have to specify to the lender why you want the money. There are secured and unsecured loans. The fact that you are in debt makes you a risk to the lender so you might find yourself being forced to take a secured loan which means that you will have to have some form of collateral equalling the value of the loan. If you do not trust yourself with an amount of money and fear that you might not pay off all your debts and spend some of it instead, explain to the lender why you want the loan and they can give you checks made out to your creditors instead of giving you the cash. You are now in the position that you only have one debt to pay off at the end of each month. The amount should be less than that of the numerous small debts. This will also help in freeing cash for monthly expenses. Be regular about your monthly instalments on your loan and by the time that your loan has been paid off you will be able to redeem your credit worthiness once again.

The Advertisements Make it Look Easy, But is Debt Consolidation Best for You?

What are your options? Weigh the pros and cons.If you can qualify for a mortgage, borrowing against the equity in your home to consolidate all of your debt does have certain benefits, as well as real pitfalls. On the positive side you can immediately eliminate monthly payments. You can also stop bill collectors from calling or taking
legal action because, after all, you’ve paid your debts in full. Finally, the process may actually help you improve your credit rating. First of all, you have to be able to qualify for a loan or a mortgage. You risk losing your home if you’re not able to maintain the payments set up when you borrow against the equity in your house. The debt you’re paying off is not eliminated, it is simply restructure and you run a risk of overextending yourself again. And something a little less tangible, but still very real, you may get a false sense of security… a feeling that the debt is no longer there when in fact it’s tied up in your home. Would a debt consolidation service or consumer credit counseling program be better?Signing up for a debt consolidation service or consumer credit counseling program will immediately decrease your monthly payments to the debts you still owe. Bill collectors will not be harassing you as much, though there is the possibility that collection action will not go away entirely. The programs do teach better money management skills and are successful in eliminating penalties, interest and additional fees on the debts you already have incurred. However, you will not be able to get new credit cards while in the program and you’ll need to qualify by having a certain level of unsecured debt because these programs only work with unsecured debt. If you’re behind on your mortgage you could still lose your home. And it’s possible that participating in such a program may have a negative impact on your credit rating. A couple of tips before you join.

Debt Consolidation Loan – Is it Right for You?

Brief Introduction to Debt Consolidation LoansAre you considering a debt consolidation loan? You may want to think that decision over carefully and conduct a lot of research before you make that choice. It appears to be an easy way out at first, with combining several payments a month into one larger monthly payment. But that could lead to more trouble in the long run. While this may be a quick fix for your immediate financial situation it may not be a cure for your long term finances.
Debt consolidation loans and home equity loans should be the last considerations before bankruptcy in many cases. There are several types of debt consolidation loans: Home equity loans, zero percent credit cards and consolidated loans. Home equity loans use your home as collateral. If you default on those loans you risk losing your house. Many people want to get out of debt quickly and home equity loans seem to be the answer. In the long term you could be doubling your debt if some unforeseen event happens, like losing your job. You’re then stuck with the same debt or more plus your home is on the line and you risk losing it as well. Zero percent credit cards can be tricky business. You have to be extremely disciplined to use this method because you are essentially getting more credit cards. But if you transfer the balances from high interest cards to one with zero percent interest you should put the old card in a lock box or cut it up. You must pay double or triple the minimum monthly payment during the introductory zero percent periods. This is the only way the system will work. The most popular debt consolidation loan is the one that combines all your payments into one monthly payment instead of 10 to 20 like you may have now. Some times this is a cheaper alternative and some times not. If you are currently paying $900 month to various creditors throughout the month, your consolidated payment may be about the same amount each month, but it would be due in one lump sum on one due date. Chances are you will have to save money from each paycheck to make the consolidated payment each month.
