Best Acai Berry Products Out There

My Favorite Acai Berry Juices

I have not really heard of the Acai Berry before today, but I have drank it before. The Acai Berry is a small purple fruit that grows at the top of the Acai Palm in the Amazon Jungle. It kind of looks like a blueberry to me. When mixed in my favorite juices it is so good.

One of these delectable juices is Naked juice. I have personally been drinking this juice for a few months now and it is very good and has many vitamins in it as well. There is not much acai in this juice but there is some. It has a thick and fruity taste and I just love

 it.

I also found out thatV8 Fusion has 10% Acai in it. I never knew that before I started this article. I have been drinking V8 Fusion since it came out. All of these juices are very healthy for you and very good too. I usually am not a health nut but I love all of these Acai juices. They have a unique taste to them and I am addicted.

Another favorite is Sambazon. This juice is a little more tangy and a little too much for my taste. I found that it does contain almost 20% Acai in it. That is more than most juices in your average supermarket.

Bossa Nova is another juice with Acai in it. It is a little more expensive than most. Most say this juice is very delicious. I have to say that I just thought it was ok. It was nothing compared to Naked for me.

The last one I found out had Acai was Amazon Thunder. Amazon Thunder is a purely organic juice with mostly Acai Berry in it. This juice is very expensive and sold on their website. I personally have never tried this one and don’t plan on it.

Acai Berry is very unique and can taste great in moderation. I personally love Naked and V8 Fusion. The others are on the fence with me. I hope I have helped you all out.

Crunchy Apple Crispy Granola Bars by Pampa: Review

While visiting my local Big Lots in search of snacks recently, I came across Crunchy Apple Crispy Granola Bars by Pampa®, a product of Uruguay. The packaging looked tempting as I saw a close up picture of this product. PriceEach pack contained 6 individually wrapped bars for just $1.00, which is a little over $0.16 per bar. I love the taste of fruity snack bars, particularly apple, as apple does not seem to be sweetened as much as cherry, blueberry or strawberry flavours
that I sometimes come across. I did not have very high expectations of Crunchy Apple Crispy Granola Bars by Pampa®, but at such a great price I could hardly turn it down, so I put it into my basket. TasteEven though the packaging mentioned that this was a crunchy granola bar, I still imagined that this snack would be like a chewy granola bar. I was not quite sure of what to expect until I tried Crunchy Apple Crispy Granola Bars by Pampa® for myself. I liked the crunchy texture. But what really struck me was the actual taste of apple. It was not the taste of imitation fruit, as is so often seen when so-called “fruit bars”. It tasted like genuine apple. The taste was good, but it was not so outstanding that I would stack my cupboards with this snack. Nutrition FactsEach bar contains 100 calories, 1g saturated fat, no cholesterol, 80mg sodium, 15g carbohydrate, 1g dietary fibre, 6g sugar, and 2g protein. Crunchy Apple Crispy Granola Bars by Pampa® is a product low in calories (the unofficial 100-calorie snack bar), saturated fat and sodium. The sugar content is modest at 6g, making it a slightly sweetened, rather than a heavily sugared, snack. Allergy WarningCrunchy Apple Crispy Granola Bars by Pampa® contains soya and almond ingredients. In addition, it may also contain wheat, eggs, peanut, or milk traces. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, you will need to avoid this product, as it could trigger an allergic reaction. Recommendation

A Short Diary of My Experience with the Acai Berry

Amazing Wonder Fruit Considered Highest in Antioxidants & Overall Nutrition

OUT OF THE BLUE – A BLUEBERRY?

My friend Bob from the warehouse recently called me out of the blue. I don’t know him too well, but he seems like a nice enough guy. He left a message and said he wanted to talk to me about something. I called him back and he said he wanted to meet me.

I ended up meeting with him and his friend, and they wanted to talk to me about a “new” product, a fruit drink whose main ingredient was formerly unknown to me: the acai berry, also spelled “açai” berry.

I rolled my eyes at first. I had been through it all. Years ago it was Amway, then it was this, then that, lately it was Quixtar. With exception to some exceptional products, these all come across as great business ideas, but no readily apparent value proposition. Sorry, sweating it on the network marketing thing just because you know me don’t cut it.

Anyway, Bob and his friend spared me the hard sell. They focused on the product itself and asked me to try it. They were even giving me a two free botlles. I said “sure”.

I’m glad I tried it.

NO! IT’S THE ACAI BERRY!

There is plenty written now on the acai berry’s nutritional value – so I won’t go into that. See Cheryl Carpenter’s great article). I just want to relate my personal experience.

The product I tried were two wine-sized bottles made by the Mona Vie company. The bottles contained a blend of 19 fruits, including the sediment containing the skins and seeds from each. My instructions from Bob were to drink 1 to 2 ounces twice a day (morning and evening) and to see what happened. Here is what I observed…

- DAY 1: Noticeably better sleep.

- DAY 2: Continued better sleep at night and overall on all nights following.

- DAY 3: Mild form of joint pain with arthritic symptoms that had developed in recent years – gone! I was able to squat down on my knees and pop back up quickly without the accompanying groans.

- DAY 5: Noticeable ease in back tension.

- DAY 7: I continuously attempt to stretch and pop the bones in my back. There is one area in my back that had been “cricked” for close to a year. It suddenly gave way today with a loud snap, and I felt an immediate sense of relief. Whenever this area “re-cricks”, I easily snap it back in place.
