I always felt that there is an individual, a capability that allows you to find a superior deal with the mode of stress. The capability to find your “center”, a place you calm under stress, which is one of the body grants the ability to handle stressful situations in a better way. Stress is a major contribution to the peoples of ill health in many areas.

Along with doing that there are many other benefits of meditation. It provides a inner peace to you which is good for your soul.
It provides good exercise for your heart and lungs. It gives your mind a serious break (everyone needs them!) At times your mind is processing a million different things at a time. You would get tired too!
