Nutrisystem is nasty…. My mother ordered it and wanted to send that crap back but u do lose weight because if u had no choice but to eat that or starve u wouldn’t eat it…
Nutrisystem i think works wonders i went from a size 13 to a size 5, its great because you can eat normally but it is just in smaller portions, and a more controlled meal plan, of course you should exersize, the one thing you should not do is starve yourself, trust me it does not work
My mom and her fiance tried it and they had great results from it. You have to make sure you add in a lot of fresh grocery items every day though or it won’t work. That means lots of salad, fruit and yogurt!
I tried Nutri-System. The food was disgusting. There were, seriously, foods my dog wouldn’t eat. After 3 days (and I did lose weight), I dumped it all except for a few cereals, muffins and one ‘lunch’ which was basically ramen noodles.
