Is it safe for me to exercise in my garage?

Posted in Cancer

I just like a treadmill and a weightlifter in my garage there gesetzt.Ich on the treadmill and weight training, running, and I often do more for Zeit.Das only problem is to be for me breathless and there panting, breathing in all that provide the air? Am I in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning, asbestos, or increase my chances of lung cancer? Each day, the car comes out of my garage in the morning and return in the evening. Other than the rest, the garage door closed all day.

I guess it depends on what is in your garage that could be potentially harmful. If you have a lot of chemicals in there, then i suppose its not good to be breathing it all in all day. Asbestos as far as i know is only dangerous when it is broken etc. this means the fibers of the material is in the air. If you have this in the garage and its crumbling and fibers are in the air its dangerous at any time. If its just sheets (for walls) its generally safe.
The body needs regular air to function well anyways so i would try to open the door to work out, or a window maybe.

You should be okay. No worse than being outside. Just open the door to let air in.
