It is only considered a 'risk' factor . . which means you should avoid breathing it if at all possible and take extra precautions if you work around it . . 'just in case'. Asbestos isn't nearly as dangerous as they would have you believe. Exposure carries a risk, but it isn't a 100% death sentance.
